ENZYMEL offers solutions where others fall short. The Czech patented products from the family company Wald Pharmaceuticals address the cause of oral inflammation and support natural healing processes through proteolytic enzymes.
The company founders, Eliška and Tomáš Wald, were guided by the vision of a reliable and easily applicable solution for inflammatory oral problems during development. We were guided by the old medical adage that healing requires addressing the cause, not just the symptoms. We were incredibly fortunate to grow up surrounded by inquisitive, creative people and to draw upon a century-old family tradition and knowledge in chemistry, pharmacy, and medicine. In ENZYMEL products, we have leveraged clinical experience with the systemic use of proteolytic enzymes in inflammation management.
Wald Pharmaceuticals holds several patents. The first product was launched in 2012, and others gradually followed, thanks to interaction with stomatologists, periodontists, implantologists, oral surgeons, and dental hygienists. During development, we considered not only customers with inflammation (such as periodontitis or complications after tooth extraction) but also patients with diabetes or immune system issues. Our goal is to address the cause, not merely the consequence, and to enable the body to regenerate naturally.
ENZYMEL participates in a range of educational projects, for example as part of World Oral Health Day. We support various patient organizations and associations that typically remain on the periphery of marketing interest of large international corporations.
